Vision Graphics Film Policy

Due to the uncertainty with film supplies,
we will now only supply film on a COD basis
and after the receipt of an order.

Minimum order quantities apply.
30% deposit on orders over $150.

We are happy to supply most mainstream products,
assuming they are available from our suppliers.

Please allow 3-5 working days for orders.

ESTABLISHING AN ACCOUNT WITH VISION GRAPHICS
To enquire about setting up an account with Vision Graphics, please contact our accounts staff on (61 2) 9902 4004 or email to . All non-account work is strictly COD with a 25% deposit required on jobs totalling over $1,000 (GST inc).
 
COURIERS
For that personal touch – Vision Graphics have an inhouse Van for delicate deliveries and collection of your work and/or supplies when possible. Vision Graphics also sub-contracts a network of carriers to ensure that no matter what time of day or week, we will always have an option for getting your goods from point A to point B with the least fuss.
 
IMPORTANT NOTICE – FILM AND OTHER SENSITIVE MATERIAL PURCHASES
Customers must choose stock carefully - unless an item is proven to be faulty, Vision Graphics cannot accept returns or provide exchanges or refunds on items once they have been removed from the premises. Due to the sensitive nature of film and paper stocks, and in particular the professional requirements of our customers– Vision Graphics must ensure that all film purchased and used by our clients will be in excellent condition. Naturally this guarantee can not be made once film has been taken from the premises and later brought back and/or exchanged. Film and paper in particular must be treated like other perishables such as food when it comes to trading, and therefore Vision Graphics will not accept returns or exchanges on sensitive items unless that item is proven to be faulty.
