FILE SET-UP REQUIREMENTS  
20x32 inch prints 30 x 40 inch prints
• File set up as 20 x 32 inches (50.8 x 81.28cm). If the final layout is smaller - do not crop.
• 200dpi resolution
• Flattened Mac TIFF files preferred with no compression, layers, paths or alpha channels. If sending file by email, ensure file is saved as a JPEG at a size no greater than 5MB
• Adobe RGB colour space (embedded in file when saved)
• 8 Bits/Channel
• Clients may place multiple images within the 20 x 32 inch print
• File set up as 30 x 40inches (76.2 x 101.6cm). If the final image is smaller - do not crop.

TERMS & CONDITION

• Up to seven (7) working days service time.
• All ‘Digital Dollar Saver Print’ jobs must be pre-paid
• Jobs will not be commenced without pre-payment.
• 20x30 prints - Matt paper will be used for all prints unless gloss is specifically requested.
• No image adjustments will be made.
• No colour-matching to client-supplied proofs
• No re-do’s available.
• Completed prints delivered untrimmed and tube packaged.
