FILE SET-UP REQUIREMENTS:
· If the final image is smaller than the print size do not crop. 250dpi resolution.
· Flattened TIFF files with no compression, layers, paths or alpha channels.
· If sending file by email, ensure file is saved as a JPEG at a size no greater than 5MB.
· Embeded Adobe RGB colour space.
· 8 Bits/Channel.
TERMS & CONDITIONS
· Service time – up to 4 working days. Prints may be ready earlier but will always be dependent on workload.
Staff can advise turnaround times when job is submitted.
· Lustre paper will be used for all prints unless gloss is specifically requested.
· No image adjustments or Colour matching (see Custom Photographic Prints on previous page).
· Completed prints delivered untrimmed and tube packaged. (individual tubes for Prints Available @ $4.50 per individual tube.)
· No re-dos available.
· No Triming of prints available for LED Auto prints
· All Prices are inclusive of GST.
